We are in the sights of TS Fay. It won't be bad. She's a small enough storm that we don't have to worry about being blown out to sea or anything.
I don't like the sea......there are sharks out there and they bite your toes!
The rain has started.......we've had several inches at our house all ready and are expecting several inches more. Lightning popping, thunder roaring....not much different than our typical afternoon thunderstorms.
The schools are closed tomorrow! Zac and Cait are certainly disappointed about that. It's only the second day and they get a storm day. What luck!
The worst of the storm will hit us about 2:00 PM.
We've put gas in the cars and in the gas cans for the generator. We've got lots of water, some good books and games and are hoping for a pleasant day hunkered down in our little abode.
