We had a fabulous weekend! The Hart family visited us from South Florida. There is always plenty of fun when they visit The Cavanaugh Hotel. Swimming, Trivial Pursuit, movies, laughing and lots of food was on the agenda. I'd like to say it was relaxing but I'd be lying. I'm still recovering as is Paulette, I'm sure. Boy, do I miss having her live just 5 minutes away!!Godiva now has a new best friend. 15-month-old Phoenix is eye-level with her and toddling everywhere. Godiva followed her all over the house all weekend long. Phoenix liked Godiva as well and was always reaching out to touch her soft fur. Godiva wasn't too sure about Phoenix taking over her bed though. That's just asking too much!
Payton informed me this weekend that she is extremely bored with kindergarten. All they do is work on their numbers and she's "been there and done that!". Her words, not mine. :-) She's ready to move on to the first grade. That's my girl!!
